A Unique experience

Beerstorming is an invitation to the imagination, the elaboration and the brewing of your own beer. During an evening you will exchange your ideas, opinions and desires about new recipes, in a Saint Gilloise pico-brewery. Alongside an experienced and passionate master brewer, you will follow the different steps of brewing, brainstorming between yourselves.
Beerstorming can also be enjoyed in your favorite bars, restaurants, shops or be delivered to your doorstep.

DEGUSTATION

Discover the flavours of our brewery.

After an introduction to beer tasting, you will have the chance to taste 4 unique beers brewed in our brewery. You will then go home with a 6 pack of your preferred beer during your stay.

The tasting does not require any reservation and costs 35€ per person.

MASTERBRASS’

Learn everything about a type of beers during a full class.

A masterclass on a pre-announced type of beer, and the chance to see its brewing process. The evening will be punctuated by animations and quizzes.

Each participant will leave with a summary of the session and will be invited to pick up a 1.9L growler of the beer brewed during the evening a few weeks later.

Reservation

BREWING EXPERIENCE

This unique experience will teach you to brew your own within a group.

Accompanied by friends, colleagues or even strangers, you will exchange ideas and will choose all the various ingredients to end up elaborating the complete recipe of your beer. At each step of the brewing process, you will discover new tastes, new flavours and fragrances that you never knew existed.

To keep steady you will get small tapas during the evening, and of course a whole meal will be served. You can of course enjoy delicious beers at will the entire evening !

When it's time to rest you will leave with a growler, which is 1,9 Litres (0.5 gallons) of the beer of your choice, which you will have 1,5 months to empty before we invite you back to the brewery to fill it back up with your own precious creation.

PRIVATE BREWING

Are you looking for a team building ? A place to brew your own beer for a wedding/birthday/staff party …

You will exchange ideas, choose the ingredients, elaborate the recipe to brew what will become your very own beer. At every step of the way you will discover new flavours, new aromas and fragrances that you never encountered before.

The brewery can be entirely privatized for your event.

We invite you up to 14 people and you get to take the entire batch which is around 75 litres (19.81 gallons) however you want it: growlers or even kegs that come with a pump for a fun evening filled with aromas.

OUR FATE LIES IN YOUR HANDS

Many stories will be written in the Beerstorming workshop over the next months. Each of these stories deserves a happy ending. But not every story will become a reality. Their fate lies in your hands, as you can vote for every beer that will be made at our brewery. All it takes is one click on the like-button under your favorite beer. Once it has been decided which five beers are the most popular ones, a jury will taste each brew. They will judge wisely and discuss without moderation. The beer with the most potential to become a sensation among beer drinking Belgium, will find its happy ending in specialized stores, and its inventors will get a share of the production.

Our partners and our vision

Beer has the wind at its back everywhere in the world. More and more breweries are popping up and innovate to make people discover an infinity of new brews to beer lovers. Our goal is to initiate every single person who enters our brewery to this grand universe. To this end we arm ourselves with our mash paddle, quality ingredients, and brewing knowledge to show the beauty of the brewer's job.
Obviously, we love to innovate and create the craziest beers, but first and foremost we love brewing as many various styles, be they traditional or experimental as to treat every palate !

Starting a brewery takes a lot of time, and asks for a lot of investment. That's why our vision for this project is to firstly focus on our 100L (26,4 gallons) brewing laboratory.

We then looked for breweries who shared our vision of beer to brew the winning recipes in large batches. The brasserie Deseveaux is a faithful partner since the beginning of the project where we brew some of our beers in 1400 litres (369.9 gallons) litre and 2800 litre (739.7 gallons) batches. As our brewery grew, we decided to extend our partnership to other breweries by brewing some recipes at the Brasserie Valduc (open since June 2017) in 2000 and 4000 litre batches (respectively 528.3 and 1320.8 gallons). Recently, along with the growing demand, we started also working with the Brasserie Anders, leaders in big quantity brewing and at the cutting edge of brewing technologies.

Each time we go to those breweries to brew it is a moment of sharing knowledge and a step further to opening our own “big” brewery ...
