By using Beerstorming activity, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Reservation, cancellation and refund:

    * Brewing experience: if cancellation received a week in advance before the brewing experience, the full deposit shall be refunded. Otherwise, the full deposit will be kept.

    * Private brewing experience: if cancellation received 2 weeks in advance before the private brewing experience, the full amount shall be refunded. If cancellation received 1 week before, 50% of the full price will be request. If cancellation received a day before, 75% of the full price will be request. If cancellation received less than a day before, the full amount will be request.

    * Special theme experience: A reservation deposit of 42,5 euro is request to reserve a spot during the special theme experience. If cancellation received a week in advance, the full deposit will be refund, otherwise we will keep the deposit.

    * The members of the group have 4 weeks (starting the date they received an email/phone call) to get their growler of the beer they made. After that deadline, their growlers will be on sales. 

    * The number of members confirmed a week before the experience is the number of people charged.

• Invoice:

*All of our different invoices result of beer sold, has to be paid when received. A recall would be send a month later. After 3 recalls, it is resulting in 15% of late fees. 

• Copyright:

All content on Beerstorming such as text, graphics, logos and images is the property of Beerstorming. Each recipes elaborate in the brewery is the property of Beerstorming. 

• Rules for the mobile beer pomp:

The mobile beer pomp is available for free for the private brewing experience in order for the company to serve their beer fresh during an event. The beer pomp will be delivered by us. The company have the right to keep the beer pomp during 2 days maximum in order to be able to give it to other groups.

• Rewards of the selected beer each trimester:

The group that brewed the winner beer receives a case of the winner beer (24x0,33cl) per person.

• Delivery:

Free delivery in Brussels with a minimum order of 5 cases or 2 kegs, otherwise a 10€ would be charged for the transport.
